Shipping policy
Product orders (including fondant) are processed within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing an order, as well as a notification when your order has shipped.Â
Shipping times are provided by each shipping provider, and are estimates. Please choose the best fit shipping method accordingly. Additionally, please note, custom labels require approximately 2 week delivery time
Any occurrence of unexpected high volume of orders or postal service issues may cause delays beyond our control. Regardless, we will always work to maintain our standard processing time.Â
USA Shipping
Carriers typically offer 2-5 business day options. Additonally, please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, however the United States Postal Service does.
International Shipping
Shipping charges, as well as estimated transit times are calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.Â
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
