Make a doll cake or mound cake with this coned shaped aluminum pan. This pan features:
- 7.25" round by 5" tall
- Heating rod included for even baking
- Bottom base plate included for stability
- Heavy duty aluminum that reflects heat for professional results
Tip: To fit a standard sized Barbie doll, bake an additional 8" x 2" cake layer.
To use:
- Assemble the pan with the heating rod and support plate
- Using a paper towel, grease the pan and rod generously with shortening
- Dust the greased pan with flour
- Fill the pan to abut 1" below the lip of the pan
- Bake at 335 degrees Fahrenheit for about 1 hour and 5-10 minutes
- Test if finished with a long skewer or knife
- Remove from oven, trim the cake dome, and flip on a board
- To clean, wash by hand (do not wash in the dishwasher)
