Chocolate bomb making tips:
Melt chocolate in the microwave in short burst. Do not overheat or the chocolate may become unworkable. We like to heat as follows:
- White Chocolate, heat and stir in the following burst increments – 20, 10, 10, 10, and 5 second increments. Making sure to stir thoroughly after each burst
- Dark Chocolate, heat and stir in the following burst increments – 15, 10, 10, 10, 5, and 5 second increments. Making sure to stir thoroughly after each burst
Make sure to leave the tray upside down for a few minutes. This will ensure your walls are not too thin and can join properly.
