For chocolate bombs, melt chocolate in short burst (do not overheat or the chocolate may become unworkable). We like to heat as follows:
- White Chocolate, heat and stir in the following burst increments – 20, 10, 10, 10, and 5 second increments. Making sure to stir thoroughly after each burst
- Dark Chocolate, heat and stir in the following burst increments – 15, 10, 10, 10, 5, and 5 second increments. Making sure to stir thoroughly after each burst
