Make light and airy fondant rosette ruffles with this stainless steel rainbow cutter. Approximately 11" long. Handmade and hand-welded in USA.
Steps to make rosette ruffles:
Step 1: Roll out fondant thin and evenly
Step 2: Cut fondant strips with cutter
Step 3: Roll toothpick along one edge of the strip to add the 'ruffle'
Step 4: Brush water on a a fondant-covered cake
Step 5: On your counter, create a slight fold along the horizontal of the strip while at the same time beginning to wind a small rosette center. Place on desired cake area you have prepped with water. Continue to add additional layers around it, always folding the stripe so it can hold onto the cake.
