Make fondant ruffles and/or rosettes faster using our rainbow cutter.
Step 1. Roll out fondant thin and evenly
Step 2. Cut fondant strips with cutter
Step 2. Roll ball tool along desired edge of strip to add the 'ruffle'
Step 3. Brush fondant-covered cake with water
Step 4. Roll as small center, place in middle of desired area and position around in circular direction, repeat
