Bake professional cake tiers with this three tier set of aluminum pans by Magic Line.
- 10", 8", and 6" rounds by 2" tall
- Heavy duty aluminum
- Reflects heat, rather than absorbing it, for professional bakery-finished cakes
- Using a paper towel, grease the pan generously with shortening
- Dust the greased pan with flour
- Fill the pan just under halfway full with batter
- Bake at 335 degrees fahrenheit for ~45-55 minutes
- Remove from oven and trim the cake top
- To clean, wash by hand (do not wash in the dishwasher)
